Great! April 11, 2010 G. Ferronatto (Brazil) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book has everything it takes to be considered a really good book. Though the text is quite dense, you can easily understand it. The topics are thoroughly explained, and there is always a good scheme to help understand them. Overall a very good pathology book, which I'm happy to have.
A MUST HAVE! May 17, 2010 Hussayn Wajid Ali 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you don't have this, there is no way you can pass the boards and you will definitely not know much about pathology. All Med students must have a copy for reference. I would recommend the Pocket version, The review book and Atlas for more efficiency in understanding concepts.
Pretty good reading for a Path book July 3, 2009 A. O. Bonneval (Portland, Or) 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
Pretty good book, especially for the price. The information is interesting enough to sit down and read a section when interested in a disease, but the book doesn't provide too much information to be overwhelming to a student. I am very glad that I purchased this book as it has been very helpful in my pathology courses.
Old faithful! October 12, 2009 Just some guy 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is just an updated version of the good old Robbins I have been using for years and trust. I haven't used another path book but I have no desire to try anything else as it's the only book that has proven itself.
Awesome November 2, 2009 Joao Paulo O. Costa (Ribeirao Preto, SP Brazil) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is the most important book about pathology ever released. And this new version is full of news. The most recent research fields about all the systems are now updated, and with new chapters, and photographs. Is worthfull for every student of health sciences.
